Booking, cancellation and refund policy
The short version of how bookings work, so there are no surprises.
Booking and deposit
- A $50 deposit secures your booking and comes off your treatment total.
- Some treatments are paid in full when you book, and some need a consultation first. The booking page shows which.
- Weekend appointments have a 10% surcharge.
Changes and cancellations
- Weekdays: you can reschedule from your confirmation link. Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel.
- Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice, or not coming, forfeits the deposit (or the prepaid session).
- Weekend appointments can't be changed online; please call us.
- If you're more than 30 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment.
Refunds
- Treatments aren't refundable for change of mind and can't be transferred.
- Unopened products can be returned within 7 days.
- Prepaid cards are valid for 3 years.
