Sagging & loss of firmness
From our mid-30s, collagen and elastin slowly decline. Skin gets thinner and looser, the jawline softens and the face can look tired even when you're not.
Common causes
- Natural collagen loss with age
- Sun damage
- Weight changes
- Gravity and the deeper support layers loosening
How we treat it
We work on the layers that hold the face up, not on adding volume. Focused ultrasound lifts the deep support layer, while radiofrequency firms the skin itself; often the best result comes from combining the two.

Questions
Will I look different or 'done'?
No. These treatments build your own collagen gradually, so people notice you look fresher rather than changed.
When will I see the lift?
There's a small difference straight away. The main change appears over 8–12 weeks and keeps improving for up to 6 months.
Can this replace a surgical facelift?
Not if the skin is very loose. Non-surgical lifting suits mild to moderate sagging and gives a natural, gradual result. If we think surgery would serve you better, we'll tell you at your consultation.
Let's look at your skin together
Book the treatment that sounds closest. Every visit starts with a 15–30 minute skin consultation, so we can look at your skin, explain what's going on and change the plan if something else would suit you better.
