Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At BB Skin Boutique, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for everyone, we have established the following policies for bookings, cancellations, and refunds. By making an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Policy

  • Appointment Confirmation via Facebook channel: A deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking.

  • Prepaid Treatments: Some treatments may require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Consultations: A consultation may be required before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss expectations.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Notice Required: A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations:

_ On weekdays

+ If you cancel within 24 hours we will assist you to reschedule without any surcharge.

+ If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your credit card. 

_ On weekends, to be fair to all clients, all appointments on weekends can not be cancelled or rescheduled unless given exceptional circumstances

  • Prepaid Treatments: Late cancellations or no-shows for prepaid treatments will result in forfeiture of the treatment.

3. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

    • If BB Skin Boutique is unable to provide the booked treatment.

    • If you have purchased a prepaid treatment but are unable to provide the necessary information required for us to perform the service.

  • Non-Transferable: Treatments and products are non-transferable and cannot be used by other individuals or redeemed at other clinics.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any refund requests.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
