Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: At BB Skin Boutique, we appreciate the trust and loyalty of our clients. Your support allows us to provide quality service and maintain consistent hours for our skilled skin therapists. To ensure fairness in our booking process, we have set clear deposit and cancellation policies. Deposit Procedure: To secure an appointment, new clients must pay a $30 deposit, which is charged upon booking and deducted from the treatment cost. If you cancel, the $30 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of reserving time and resources. Package Deposits & Prepaid Treatments: _ The same conditions apply to prepaid treatments or package deposits _ Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable unless a valid medical certificate states you are unable to undergo treatment. _ The package deposit valid for 3 months _ If no medical documentation is provided, the amount paid will be forfeited. Cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. Cancellations & No-Shows: _ Cancellations will be charged the full booking amount or the $30 deposit. _ No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. _ All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, they may be used as credit for a future appointment; otherwise, they will be forfeited. By booking, you agree to these terms.
