    We appreciate your support and loyalty, which allows us to employ and provide consistent working hours for our passionate team of skin therapists, enabling us to serve the beautiful people of Melbourne. Certainly, here is the revised text: Deposit Procedure At BB Skin Boutique, we require all new clients to make a deposit to secure their booking. The deposit is $30, which can be made using your credit card or bank transfer details. You have the option to keep these payment details on file for your next appointment or not. Please note that if you decide to cancel your appointment, the deposit of $30 will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy If you need to make any changes to your appointment at BB Skin Boutique, we kindly request that you contact us directly through our Facebook channel or email. Deposits and fees will apply for late cancellations and no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our policy. Here are the details: - If you wish to reschedule, please do so within 12 hours of your weekday appointment without charge. - Any bookings on weekends cannot be rescheduled. The cancellation will not be refunded. - If you need to cancel, we will charge you a 100% fee or $30 of the deposit made. - If you fail to show up without giving us any notice, you will be required to pay the full booking amount. Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable and can only be used as part of payment for your next appointment at BB Skin Boutique. If you cancel outside our cancellation period, the deposit will be forfeited as a fee per our cancellation policies. Additionally, please keep in mind that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment during our business closure, such as on Sundays or public holidays, it will take effect from the next business day. If you are unwell and need to cancel your appointment, we require a medical certificate to avoid cancellation fees. Alternatively, the full cancellation fees will apply. Please be aware that full cancellation fees will apply even if the reason for cancellation is beyond your control. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in the event of an emergency. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policies and authorise BB Skin Boutique to charge your stored credit card or capture cancellation fees if the deposit amount is lower than the cancellation fee.
